Global Mediation handles each case as a unique situation. As part of the preparation and research of your case, we assess whether or not you require a lawyer and/or additional resource professionals to be present. If a lawyer is needed for legal counsel in a mediation, one can easily be obtained for you. You can also consult with your own attorney, and have him/her present during the mediation sessions. Global mediation can additionally facilitate meetings on your behalf and arrange to have a co-mediator, accountant, therapist, doctor, translator or consultant present if need be for the mediation sessions. In many situations, a lawyer does not need to be retained, however legal advice is always recommended.
In most cases of Arbitration a lawyer is required for both parties.
